ORDERS & SHIPPING
We do our best to make our products available to as many people as possible. Please be aware that shipping rates for some products may be higher depending on your region.
At this time we do not ship to the following areas:

- Belarus
- Brazil
- Cuba
- Ecuador
- Iran
- North Korea
- Palestine
- Russia
- Syria
- Ukraine
- Venezuela
This list may change depending on current world events.
If your country of residence is not on this list and you are still unable to place an order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Our current products are created for you as soon as they are ordered. As a result, the time it takes your order to reach your doorstep may be longer than other stores. The contents of your order will affect the total fulfilment time, and the items may be split into multiple shipments.
Average order-to-delivery time for products in the United States:
- Apparel (6-9 business days)
- Posters (8-13 business days)
- Deskpads (11-17 business days)
- Glassware (8-11 business days)
- Mugs (6-10 business days)
If it has been longer than the above timeframes and you would like to inquire about your order status, you may contact us and we will be happy to help.
For international orders, please wait until 30 days after your order's last tracking update before reaching out.
If a product you want is unavailable, you may contact us for availability information. Some of our apparel items are always unavailable in 2XL or 3XL sizes.
Our apparel, posters, and drinkware are created for you as soon as they're ordered. As a result, we can only adjust your shipping address if these items in your order haven't begun production.
To change it, please contact us as soon as possible with "CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS" as the subject line. Include your order number and the following information in the text body:
Customer name
Original shipping address
New shipping address
We are not responsible for any refunds or cancellations on orders where the address was incorrectly inputted or provided by the customer.
Our apparel, posters, and drinkware are created for you as soon as they're ordered. As a result, we can only modify your order if these items haven't begun production.
To modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and "MODIFY ORDER" as the subject line. As long as the request is received in time, we will be happy to adjust your order.
Please note that if order value increases as a result, the customer will be have to pay the difference before the order can be fulfiled.
We are not responsible for any refunds on orders where the change was not requested on time.

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and "CANCEL ORDER" as the subject line. If the request is received on time, we will cancel the order and refund your payment in full.
We are not responsible for any refunds on orders where the cancellation was not requested in time.
FORGE 285 is not responsible for any package after it has been shipped, and we cannot offer to replace or refund lost or stolen packages.
MISSING PACKAGE
If your package has been marked "Delivered" but is missing, please allow 1-2 business days for it to arrive. It is common for some courier services to mark packages delivered too early. We also suggest checking with your local post office to see if the package was misplaced.
STOLEN PACKAGE
If you believe your package has been stolen, we advise filing a claim with your courier service and providing them with any photo/video proof you may have.
If your package was shipped via USPS, they will not accept any claims if the package was scanned as "Delivered".

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our apparel, posters, and drinkware are created for you as soon as they're ordered. As a result, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for these items. Please use the size guides on our apparel product pages before ordering to ensure your clothing has the best possible fit.
If any item in your order arrives damaged or is the wrong item, please follow the refund instructions in the box below.
If any item in your order arrives damaged or is the wrong item, please email us at support@forge285.com within 14 days of your package's delivery date. Use "DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEM" as the subject line, and include your order number and at least one attached photo of the affected item(s).
If we can verify the product error(s), we will do our best to make it right.

APPAREL
Our t-shirts and long sleeve shirts are made out of 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. Our sweatshirts and hoodies are made of 65% cotton and 35% polyester, with a 100% cotton face.
We chose our apparel blanks for the high levels of comfort and printing quality they provide.
All of our apparel is pre-shrunk, but slight additional shrinking is expected from normal washing and drying (Especially with our 100% cotton items, which are all of our t-shirts & long sleeve shirts).
We recommend following our care instructions in the box below to avoid unnecessary amounts of extra shrinkage.
In order to preserve the quality of your clothing's print for as long as possible and avoid unnecessary amounts of shrinking, we recommend following the instructions below.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang-dry. Do not iron, dry clean, or use fabric softeners. Use only non-chlorine bleach if needed.

SOULWINDER
Yes! The next entries in the SOULWINDER universe will continue to explore unsolved mysteries first introduced in the comic series, all helping to solve puzzle that is SOULWINDER's "main story".
The change in medium from comics also gives us an opportunity to portray SOULWINDER's world in a more engaging way than what we originally planned.
While we'd love to see a printed version, the decision of whether or not to print the original SOULWINDER comic is entirely WEBTOON's.
Yes! All types of fanworks are welcome, and we encourage you to create and share them with us. Seeing these gives us tons of motivation!
Absolutely! We'd love to see the SOULWINDER comic become accessible to more audiences, but currently we can't ask this of anyone. Instead, we're working to make the comic series available on WEBTOON's native fan translation platform, WEBTOON TRANSLATE. This site provides a streamlined way for fans to translate their favorite series so they can be read in the "fan translation" section of the official WEBTOON app. However, making SOULWINDER available there is taking longer than expected. We'll be sure to make an announcement through our newsletter when this is ready.

We sell gift cards for our store which you can purchase here.
- The gift card is digital and will be delivered to the email you ordered with.
- That email can be used to check your gift card balance.
- Multiple gift cards can be used on the same order.
- Our gift cards never expire.
- Any order refunds are issued back to the gift card and will refill its balance.
- We do not currently offer physical gift cards.
We plan to offer new products like stickers, pins, keychains, and other accessories in future product waves if the success of our current product lineup can justify it. Should that happen, you can look forward to new SOULWINDER-themed stickers, pins, keychains, and other specialized items sometime around Q2 2025 (probably).
